A fashion designer and the owner of Hexeline. She is a vice-chairman of Polish Union of Private Employers of Clothes and Textile Industry, she is also the founder and member of Polski Związek Kobiet i Właścicieli firm and patron of Strzemiński Academy of Art.

She has begun her fashion adventure at the age of 13. Despite the fact that she has been interested in fashion design, she graduated from Technical University of Lodz. Since over 30 years she has been designing women collection for Hexeline. Zawadzka’s creations are dedicated to demanding woman who appreciate  the quality of  the workmanship combined with modernity and high level of individualism. She received many awards: the most prestigious title in the world, given by international organization "Superbrands" - "The leading woman Entrepreneur of the world 2002". She was choosen by Home&Market magazine as one of the 50 Most Influential Women in Poland.
